Technician/Mechanic (MHE/HE) for Laguna and Cebu

South Luzon, Visayas

Reports to MHE/HE Supervisor or Senior Technician
Performs repair and Maintenance on MHE/HE IC and Electric units.
Accomplishes Service report for every repair/ PM activity.
Executes Workshop repair schedule.
Recommends spare parts requirement of fast-moving items for MHE repair & maintenance activity.
Executes Delivery schedules, Documentation & operation orientation on MHE products.
Renders OT as needed, out of town MHE servicing as required.
Assist in HE Operations, Repair & Servicing.
Maintains Cleanliness & Safety on Workshop
Pre-delivery inspection on all new machines (PDI)
Record keeping of all PDI’s, PMS, maintenance and repair works performed.
Documents any parts used and work hours for record and/or billing purposes.
Diagnostic Work to troubleshoot issues on the FLT and HE
Develops and follows Preventive Maintenance Servicing schedule (PMS)
Customer service by communicating with clients to understand their equipment issues and provide solutions.
Gives feedback to the Operations/Aftermarket Service Manager.
Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Sales Engineer/Executive (MHE) for Laguna (South Luzon) and Cebu (Visayas)

Sells and markets the full spectrum of Clark FLT, Bishamon/EP HPT and other Allied products.
Grows and maintains good customer relationships.
Grows and develops existing and new accounts.
Develops local partners in the material handling industry.
Submits Weekly Activity Report (WAR)
Prepares Budget and Forecast preparation.
Submit monthly Backlog, Pipeline and Prospects (BPP).
Prepares Costing and Offer Sheet (OS).
Maintain good working relationships with Principals.
Attends product and sales trainings.
Develops new and strategic products with the Senior Sales Executive and with the General Manager
