Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research potential clients in the construction industry including contractors, developers and construction companies
  2. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  3. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape and potential growth opportunities.
  4. Initiate and nurture relationships with key customers/key decision makers
  5. Collaborate with SEO/SEM and BCI Central marketing and lead generation partners.
  6. Communicate the value proposition of Alimak construction hoist highlighting its technical features and benefits.
  7. Conduct on-site visits to construction projects providing solution and addressing technical queries.
  8. Managing sales inquiries
  9. Negotiate Contracts
  10. Achieving sales target
  11. Conduct product presentation and demos
  12. Collaborate with sales manager/marketing team to develop effective strategies
  13. Report directly to the Sales Manager
  14. Prepare weekly sales activity report, monthly forecast and BPP
  15. Others

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related field
  2. Track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction equipment or related industry.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Self-motivated and target driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

South Luzon

Responsible for assisting in planning with Sales Managers, execution and optimization of marketing strategies with SEO/SEM Partner to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads or sales. Role requires a strong understanding of various digital channels, data analysis and ability to collaborate with cross functional sales teams/sales department.

Responsibilities;

  1. Assist in creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Trade Fairs, Ads, et al)
  2. Collaborate with SEO/SEM partner to develop relevant content for online channels.
  3. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using Google analytics. Bing, social media insights, et al
  4. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights to optimize campaigns.
  5. Support the maintenance and updates of MPPI website, landing pages and products& services.
  6. Manage social media accounts including contents scheduling, engagement, et al
  7. Assist in the coordination of online events and other digital marketing initiatives.
  8. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

 

Requirements;

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
  2. Previous experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  3. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and softeares.
  4. Strong written and communication skills.
  5. Able to analyze, interpret and make recommendation based on data driven info.
  6. Basic understanding of SEO/SEM principles and practices.
  7. Able to work with Managers and Sales team
  8. Attention to details and ability to multi-task.

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • With experience working in Heavy Equipment and / or Material Handling Equipment ( Forklift )
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales – Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
