Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in the construction industry including contractors, developers and construction companies
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape and potential growth opportunities.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with key customers/key decision makers
- Collaborate with SEO/SEM and BCI Central marketing and lead generation partners.
- Communicate the value proposition of Alimak construction hoist highlighting its technical features and benefits.
- Conduct on-site visits to construction projects providing solution and addressing technical queries.
- Managing sales inquiries
- Negotiate Contracts

- Conduct product presentation and demos
- Collaborate with sales manager/marketing team to develop effective strategies
- Report directly to the Sales Manager
- Prepare weekly sales activity report, monthly forecast and BPP

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related field
- Track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction equipment or related industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
